AXCEPT operates as an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) in partnership with Maverick Payments. We provide payment processing solutions for businesses, including card processing, ACH payments, and related services.

All payment processing is conducted through Maverick Payments and their partnered financial institutions. Your funds are processed and settled through these established banking relationships, not directly by AXCEPT.

3. Our Services

We offer:

Credit and debit card processing (in-person and online)

ACH/eCheck processing

Cash discount and surcharging programs

Payment terminal sales and equipment

Payment gateway and virtual terminal access

Related merchant services

5. No Guaranteed Approval

Submitting an application doesn't guarantee approval. All merchant applications are subject to underwriting review by Maverick Payments and their banking partners. They evaluate risk, industry type, processing history, and other factors.

We can't promise specific rates, fees, or terms until your application has been reviewed and approved.

6. Equipment Sales

If you purchase payment terminals or equipment from us:

Equipment is sold as-is with manufacturer warranties (if applicable)

You're responsible for properly using and maintaining the equipment

We'll help with basic setup, but technical support for hardware issues goes through the manufacturer

No refunds on equipment unless it's defective within the manufacturer's warranty period

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for any illegal purpose

Try to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website's operation

Scrape or collect data from our site using automated tools

Impersonate AXCEPT or misrepresent your relationship with us

Maverick Payments and their banking partners reserve the right to terminate processing relationships based on risk assessment, compliance issues, or other valid business reasons

Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud management are handled through the processing platform, with merchant responsibility as outlined in your Merchant Processing Agreement

14. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We'll post the updated version on this website with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be noted on our website.

Your continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new terms. Check back periodically to stay informed.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to this website at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes if we believe you've violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
